Passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas vous faire arnaquer, ce sont des escrocs !
Les voitures que l'ont loue sont suivi d'un message avec (ou similaire) vous n'aurez jamais la voiture loué, seulement des similitudes qui ne sont que par rapport à la taille de l'habitacle et du coffre, voiture datant des année 1950 abîmé de partout avec voyant moteur allumé, sans climatisation alors qu'il est mentionné sur le site Carjet
Il facture 9€/jour un siège bébé qui n'est pas complet et met l'insécurité du bébé de moins d'un an ce qui ne les dérange pas.
Le parking est au frais du client...
L'essence est remis dans la réserve

premierement leur bureau se situe a l arriere d une voiture(coffre) et tout au fond du parking. Ils ne sont pas professionnels du tout. J ai pris des voitures de location dans different pays mais la je me suis retrouve devant un guignol. J ai reserve une Hyundai I30 et je me retrouve entouree de dacia blanche toute moche et degueulasse des vraies epaves. Il m a propose deux sortes de caution: 1000euros de caution et je prends tout a mes risques ou sinon 500euros de caution et 135euros pour l assurance d apres eux que je ne rerecuperai pas. J ai refuse et j ai donc perdu 1 semaine de location + l assurance tous risque que j ai pris avec mais a la fin je me suis retrouve a prendre avec une autre compagnie qui etait beaucoup mieux.

A fuir à fuir ils sont des voleurs des menteurs et des escrocs j'ai loué une voiture à Marrakech sur carjet,il à passé la carte visa de crédit pour la caution une minute après il est parti voir un autre chien de la casse il a dit la carte doit être avec les numéros en relief.il ma dit de payer 145 euros d assurance. Après la galère j'ai refusé et j'ai réservé avec une autre agence.

"Terrible people "

Terrible people, worst customer service, made online reservation, paid for insurance. They didn't accept the insurance, took 6000 Leva deposit, gave me a different car which was dirty and empty fuel tank. When returned the car they claimed that I scratched the car which was not true. They deducted $989 dollars. When I objected was told to complain to my grandmother. I returned the car clean (from car wash) and full tank, was told car is dirty. When receiving the car there was 2 guys protesting the same charges for scratch. I heard one guy paid 2000 euro. The other guy told me not to rent car here because they will find a scratch anyway. This is a criminal behavior. I will never rent a car in this company in Sofia again.

I used this company because it was recommended by Wizzair's Car Trawler.
Long waiting at the airport for the shuttle to pick up the car (after many calls).
At the desk, rude and impolite staff.
On the reservation, payment accepted by debit card (debit card authorised for deposit). After the reservation I received an email informing that debit card is not accepted.
On the desk, the staff didn't want to try to make the deposit. He just told that without a credit card they don't give the car.
But the reservation was accepted and paid!!
They are not honest!
I used this card in many places of the world with different rent a car companies and it was always accepted!

SCAM !! TO BE AVOID!!

Personale maleducato e arrogante. Atteso più di un'ora in aeroporto la navetta per il ritiro auto. Il servizio mi ha veramente deluso.

"Avoid like the plague!"

We used this company because it was recommended by EasyJet's Car Trawler, but the car we were given was quite old and on the first day the drivers window mechansim failed, leaving the window in the down position. By this time we were on another island and could not get back to replace the car, neither could we get it repaired on our trip as a part was not available, so we spent the whole week driving with the window down. After such an event you might expect the company would offer a discount but we were met with a rude and unhelpful response. To make matters worse, when I contacted Car Trawler on my return they said "unfortunately no because we cannot investigate anything is this situation, our hands are tied". I just think this is appalling customer service, and all I can say is that I will know in future to avoid this company like the plague!

"Terrible experience with CarJet and…"

Terrible experience with CarJet and AddCar – they stole my money!

I strongly advise against using CarJet and their partner AddCar. My rental contract
CJT-136296062 (24-SOF-397) This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had! They literally stole 900 euros from me by not returning my deposit.

From the very beginning, I had my doubts when AddCar staff tried to push additional services and insurance on me. When I refused, their attitude completely changed. They did everything possible to avoid returning my deposit, fabricating false claims of damages and other minor issues.

The car was returned in perfect condition, exactly as we received it. However, after returning the vehicle, I was told that the deposit refund would take a few days. It’s been weeks now, and I still haven’t seen a cent. CarJet’s customer support is absolutely useless – they either don’t respond to my inquiries or keep making empty promises.

These companies are dishonest and essentially engage in theft. I strongly advise against dealing with CarJet and AddCar if you don’t want to lose your money. This is pure fraud!

"Bad experience with Addcar in Preveza, Greece"

I picked up a rented VW Golf from AddCar at Preveza airport in Greece. First, the Addcar office isn't in the terminal as described but is across a road and a walk away. Second, the car exterior was scruffy but more importantly the air conditioning didn't work, which is important in Greece and 33C heat. Generally the cars do not seem to be in best condition. Third, on the second day of rental, the car key broke when withdrawing it from the ignition. No undue force or movement was used, the metal part just separated from the key handle. Obviously the key was already faulty or weakened in some way. Addcar provided a replacement car which I had to pick up from another town and this took about half a day of my holiday. However, on returning the car Addcar insisted this was my fault and charged Euro260 for a replacement key. I won't be using them again.
