The person who had to pick me up at Bucharest airport to drive me to the agency was 40min late. This was followed by the credit card / debit card scam: they did not allow me to pay the 500 € deposit with a debit card and I had to pay 75€ insurance for 1.5 days (130000 km old car). It is true that it is clearly stated on the voucher. However, since in 99.9% of all payments you will never notice the difference between a VISA debit or credit card, who will pay attention to this? They clearly profit from this. Applying their logic one could not pay anything with a debit card.

I hired a car through AddCar in Marrakesh.
I purchased the insurance when I booked the car which covered me for everything.
When I picked up the car they told me I need to pay €1000 euro deposit because I didn’t book insurance. They tried talking me into getting extra insurance with them which was bulls**t. Then when I returned the car they tried telling me I had damaged it because of some tiny scratches which were there when I hired it!!! They then asked for my card to process the refund of my deposit and instead of doing that they took the full deposit amount from my card!! He lied to my face and then denied doing it. Thieving scumbags this company are. Don’t use them. Exploit them. Close this company.

Nous avons réservé un véhicule pour 95 € plus une assurance tranquillité pour 149 € sur internet via last minute.com .
A notre arrivée à Marrakech pas de bureau juste le capot d´une voiture pour faire le contrat...
Ma carte gold ne convient pas et on me demande 100 € de plus pour prendre la caution sur la même carte. La police sur place nous indique qu´il y a tout les jours des plaintes avec ce loueur . Après 1 heure de discution et 4 autres clients dans le même cas nous avons laissé tomber et relouer une voiture chez un VRAI loueur.

Es ging schon bei der Abholung los, mehreren Kratzer wollten es nicht dokumentieren, nach mehreren hin und her hat er doch nach mein Verlangen Einzel aufgelistet.
Die Flughafen Park Gebühren musste ich selbstverständlich auch noch zahlen (5€) zusätzlich 45€ (weil es sein nach der Geschäftszeit angeblich. Am nächsten Tag habe ich noch mehr Kratzer und die auto sitter hinten waren beschmutzt. Habe ich gleich mit Whatsup alle Bilder gemacht und denen zukommen lassen, die Jungs am Flughafen haben entscheiden keinen Zeit oder Lust zu antworten.ich stand mehr als 1,4 Stunden für die Übergabe Flughafen Casablanca an den große Scheinwerfer. Nach der Rückgabe wieder ganz anderen Gesichter und der einen meint es sei mehr Kratzer vorhanden als was aus dem vertrag steht. Das ist offensichtlich Betrüger am Werk hier sowas musste angezeigt werden. Ich nie wieder solchen dubiösen unternehmen. Nie wieder.

Caution encaisse non remboursé service exécrable personnel malpoli et arrogant aucun sens client aucune excuse bien au contraire je me suis sentie agressée. A chaque appel c’est le même message on transmet le message et sachez que les clients attendent des mois avant detres rembourse ce qui sous entend la pratique courante d’encaisser les cautions et faire passer cela pour une erreur. ÉVITEZ !!!

thieves, they gave us the car with no full tank policy and then made us pay for the cleaning of the car. Other than this we had to pay the airport parking. Ah, and of course the car, a kia picanto, was not available and they gave us a Dacia Logan

1) Flight delayed by 30 minutes - Charged £50 for it
2) Car given with almost empty tank while the agreement was full tank to full tank
3) A small scratch on the front bumper and they charges £1300 (full excess) saying its a replacement of the bumper.

Please don't hire from this company. They will look for a reason to nick money

Awful experience on Malta. Charging €400 for a minor scratch which was on the car, but they didnt accept it.
Reservation on creditcard still not removed after a month.
