Beware of fraudulent activities of Car Jet and their partner Add Car!** I want to warn everyone about the fraudulent activities of Car Jet and their partner Add Car. My rental agreement CJT-136296062 (24-SOF-397) turned into a real nightmare.

The company debited my card 900 € under the pretext of a deposit. After successfully returning the car, I was told that the deposit would be returned within seven days. However, after seven days the deposit was not returned and they said it could take up to 30 business days. Now that more than 30 business days have passed, they claim that the amount was debited for insurance that I already paid when booking the car on the car jet website. (as evidenced by the corresponding voucher) all receipts and receipts are available!

Car Jet and Add Car are engaged in dishonest practices, deceiving customers and essentially stealing their money. Don’t deal with them unless you want to fall into the same trap.

Dovendo partire a tutti i costi, ci siamo dovuti adattare.

Staff at Kefalonia Airport are excellent 👍 and incredibly helpful. Makis the manager the most personable hire company manager I’ve had the pleasure to meet.
Car was very clean and no problems with it.
Office is less than one minute up the hill from the airport.

"Location frauduleuse"

Tout comme beaucoup de personnes, comme j'ai une carte de crédit avec la mention "Débit" sur le côté et non crédit, j'ai dû débourser 100 € de plus en cash puisque nous étions au Maroc malgré nos appels au gérant... Cet argent a fini dans sa poche et la personne a quand même pu prendre une emprunte de ma CB mais à 500 € pour la franchise.... belle fraude!!!! je ne recommande vraiment pas...

They are the most disreputable car hire company we have ever had experience with.

We were told on collecting the car that we had an outstanding amount to pay. We explained that the complete payment had been made to the agency we arranged the car hire through and we had the voucher to prove it. They made up a story that this was the additional commision that the Addcar company needed to add.

We were in a hurry and of course they are happy to play the bluff game we needed a car they wouldn't release until the additional payment was made. So we paid it.
They told us if we have a dispute we must do it through the agency. So we took the car and paperwork..

Later on reading through the invoice we found that the charge was for an extra day. At 'no point' did they say this was what we were paying for.
The company CONNED us.

We have tried to claim the money back through the agency and even with all the evidence to prove we did not have the car for an extra day they will not refund us. So the company can lie and they win!!!!!!

We then asked our credit card company who also have said because we signed an invoice they will not refund.

LESSON LEARNED - if asked to pay more money when collecting car ask to see the evidence on the invoice. DO NOT PAY or SIGN ANY PAPERWORK.

AVOID ADDCAR CAR HIRE. THEY WILL CON YOU OUT OF MORE MONEY.

If I could I would give 0 stars.
When we were at the counter the guy was very polite, chatting with us. We wanted to pay the toll fee for the highway but It says to not worry because we booked for and all inclusive package so It was included already. We did two transaction, one for the payment of the car and the second for the deposit. When we returned the car, immaculate, the guy said we should've the deposit back in 10 days. After 15days I spoke with my bank Who said that there are three transactions from them, they charged me for the car, they pre authorised the deposit plus they charged 400€ for an additional local insurance but I never heard of It neither agreed to It. I Lost 400€ for a car rented for 8days. I booked through VipCars and they completaly dont care about this real scam as its my only problem. I Wish I had read all the reviews before making a booking. I'm really sad about this horrible experience because I really loved Bulgaria and they Just contribuite to ruin their reputation. Shame on you.

Their employees are rude, and lying to your face. They refused my credit card (which I used next day to rent another car). We could only take the car by purchasing a very expensive insurance (3 times the rental cost!) although we already paid for a full insurance (zero risk) when reserving the car.
Be alert to the dangers of these scammers!

"A FUIR INADMISSIBLE AUCUNE ORGANISATION NI RESPECT DU CLIENT "

Je mets une étoile parce qu'on ne peut pas mettre moins! Explication sur le lieu de rdv à l'aéroport de Marrakech très mal faite. " A la sortie de l'aéroport" pour moi c'est juste à la sortie du hall, et bien non. On a poireauté une demi heure devant l'aéroport et en fait il fallait aller sur le parking 2 de l'aéroport tout au fond derrière les autres loueurs, car ils n'ont pas de bureau sur place. 10 appels au numéro indiqué, sans aucune réponse. On a fini par trouver leur bureau ( grâce à l'agence Hertz que je cite, merci encore à eux, j'aurais mieux fait de prendre ma loc chez eux !) sur le parking, dans le coffre d'une voiture, c'est ça le bureau ! fallait trouver ! et la transaction se fait là !!! Bref une fois trouvés on arrive, accueil plus que mal aimable "passeport, permis" et " carte de crédit" bien sûr, on ne l'oublie pas, on a l'impression de passer à la douane... Sans réponse à ma remarque de mes 10 appels restés sans réponse... Ils nous forcent la main pour prendre des assurances supplémentaires et autres.Et là on nous laisse attendre pendant plus d'une heure, sous le cagnard, sur le parking de l'aéroport. Heureusement ils sont tellement prévenants qu'ils nous ont fait monter dans leur voiture climatisée pendant qu'on attendait notre voiture (qui aurait dû être là à nous attendre à notre arrivée hein ? On est d'accord c'est comme ça que ça se passe ailleurs ? Non ? pour moi c'est logique). Résultat, on a récupéré notre voiture à 14h au lieu de 12h30 ! C'est inadmissible ! Quand on l'a enfin récupérée, j'ai fait remarquer qu'on attendait depuis plus d'une heure, et la réponse du type m'a sciée "nous des fois on attend bien le client 2 h" ben c'est sûr des fois il y a des avions qui arrivent en retard, et les clients subissent comme eux, ils n'y peuvent rien ! Ce qui est sûr, c'est qu'ils ne vont pas récupérer leur voiture à l'heure prévue de retour ! Je la ramènerai 1h30 plus tard ! Nous nous sommes trouvés en même temps qu'une autre dame qui venait chercher sa voiture aussi, elle a fait un scandale, en plus c'était une locale, donc ça y allait a grand coup d'insultes ! Le folklore ! Alors, pour résumer, à bon entendeur A FUIR DE TOUTE URGENCE !!!!

Puisque nous n'avions pas de carte de credit mais une carte de débit (carte golde premium Master card) les loueurs ont voulu nous facturer 300 euros d'assurance supplémentaire. La raison: avec la carte que nous avions nous aurions pu faire annuler la caution par notre banque. La voiture donnée était mal entretenue. Nous avons néanmoins pu faire tout le séjour avec sans problème particulier.
