Rented a car from 29th June until 14th July.
Very good experience, at pick up and drop off. No issues, very good car (Skoda RAPID), didn't experience any underhand selling of extra insurance, or scams on return as reported by other reviewers.
Our last rental experience with another provider at Aktion was really bad, so we had some concerns, however there was no need to worry. Very good car rental experience. Thank you.

cette agence de location. Addcar à travers Carjet est une véritable arnaque. Leur modèle d'affaires est scandaleux : au moment de récupérer la voiture, ils demandent votre carte bancaire et, une fois que vous la leur remettez, ils vous disent que c'est une carte de débit et non de crédit. La plupart des gens utilisent leur carte Visa sans connaître cette subtilité. Ensuite, ils exigent un paiement de 250 euros pour accepter votre carte. Cette expérience de location a été extrêmement décevante. Évitez absolument cette agence !

Pour arriver à 21h15 au lieu de Au lieu de 19h15 à Fès au maroc suite à une fermeture de l’aéroport à Lyon, l’agent n’était plus sur place. J’ai dû l’appeler au téléphone pour venir me donner la voiture et me fait payer 200 dirhams comme frais de retard. Au moment de retour De la voiture, l’agent n’est pas en place de nouveau. Fallait l’appeler attendre 15 minutes et m’oblige à lui donner 100 dirhams, coffret pour nettoyage de la voituresans facture à fuir c’est malhonnête.

Unsere Kaution in Höhe von 400,- wurde zuerst gar nicht zurück überwiesen. Nachdem ich dies anmahnte, habe ich eine Zahlung erhalten, aber mehr als 50,- Euro weniger. Meine Rückfrage/ die Anmahnung der Summe wurde ignoriert - nie wieder!

Ils avaient le numéro de vol et personne à l arriver.
Cette agence ne veux pas me rembourser le montant de la location que je n ai pas vu du tout

Nochmals ganz deutlich - diese Firma sind Kreditkartenbetrüger, die ihre Kreditkarten-Lesegeräte manipuliert haben. Das Gerät zeigt an, dass ein falscher PIN eingegeben wurde. Ich habe daraufhin direkt bei meiner Bank angerufen. Diese teilte mir am Telefon mit, dass meine Kreditkarte keinerlei Verbindung zum Bankserver aufgebaut hat.
Nochmals - das sind Kreditkartenbetrüger!!!
Nach mehrstündiger Diskussion musste ich eine Zusatzversicherung abschliessen. Resultat: anstatt ca. 120€ haben wir rund 500€ bezahlt.
Die Kreditkarte hat kurz darauf in einem Supermarkt problemlos funktioniert!
Was mir in diesem Zusammenhang völlig unverständlich ist, dass die Vermittlungsplattform "CarJet", auf sämtliche Reklamationen überhaupt nicht reagiert. In diesem Zusammenhang rate ich auch von der Benutzung dieser Plattform komplett ab!

Die Bewertung auf "google" von Callan Howard, aall, Valerija Avdejeva beschreiben exakt die gleiche Betrugsmasche!!!

If you need your deposit back do not rent your car with this company. But first things first, when you return your car they will check car with a microscope and they will charge whatever they can . It’s been 4 months I rented the car with them and I have still not received security deposit . They will send you from one person to another.
Avoid at all costs !!!

"A Disappointing Rental Experience"

My experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a Kia Stonic, a compact SUV, in advance, as I specifically needed a vehicle of that type for its size and features. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was handed the keys to a Dacia Logan, an economy car that was completely different from what I had booked and expected.

The process of addressing this issue was frustrating. The customer service representatives showed little empathy or willingness to resolve the problem. They offered no apologies and did not attempt to understand the inconvenience caused by the vehicle swap.

I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and ensure they have clear confirmations about the vehicle category they book. I will be reconsidering my options for future rentals and will likely choose another company that values transparency and customer satisfaction.
