Kaution konnte trotz Vollkasko ohne SB nicht mit der Debitkarte hinterlegt werden. Kredit-Karte meiner Frau wurde auch nicht akzeptiert. Über 100€ ware weg und wurden nicht erstattet

A FUIR !!!!! ABSOLUMENT !!! Ce n'est pas une vraie agence de location, pas de bureau ni de local, c'est 1 homme qui vous attend sur le parking, son "bureau" c'est le capot d'une voiture toute poussiéreuse, quand on est sur une plate-forme de réservation de véhicule de location on est attiré par ce loueur car les prix sont attractifs mais arrivé sur place ils essayent par tous les moyens de vous arnaquer ! Il suffit juste de voir les commentaires précédents... les catégories de voitures ne sont pas respecté (2 choix disponibles peu importe la catégorie que vous avez choisi : 1 grande dacia Loggy break, et 1 longue Dacia Logan). Le loueur sur place vous force à prendre 1 assurance à minimum 120e (même si sur votre site de réservation vous avez déjà souscrit à 1 assurance), si vous ne prenez pas son assurance il refuse de vous livrer laisser la voiture, j'avais 2 enfants en bas âge il a voulu me forcer à prendre 2 sièges auto pour la Somme de 92e et j'ai du batailler pendant 1h30 (car je n'ai pas cédé) sous 1 soleil de plomb avec mes 2 enfants et ma femme pour ne pas payer et ne pas prendre ces sièges auto (j'ai du appelé ma plate-forme de location de véhicule en France, la facture va m'être très très salé d'ailleurs (50min de téléphone, un connexion internet pour recevoir 1 mail du loueur qui m'a déjà coûté 60e de hors-forfait...)). J'ai eu la Dacia Loggy Break (8 places) alors que j'avais réservé pour la plus petite catégorie : 1 toute petite Kia Picanto.
Ne faites pas cette erreur de réserver chez eux FUYEZ c'est 1 arnaque avérée !!!!

Fatalna firma. W Atenach na lotnisku pan na siłę zaczął pakować nasze walizki i wózek dziecięcy do samochodu. Złamał siedzisko od wózka. Zero rekompensaty, nie odpowiadają na wiadomości. Zostaliśmy z problemem wartym prawie 200 EUR sami.

J’ai réservé une voiture via Expedia arrivé sur place ma carte golf visa ne passe pas dans son appareil ….. il me réclame 500 euros pour me laisser la voiture et me dit qu’il me remboursera plus tard résultat j’ai perdu mon temps et une réservation via Expedia… agence à fuirrr

"I rented a Vitara from AddCar in Rijeka… WARNING: HORRIBLE, CRIMINAL SCAMMERS!"

I rented a Vitara from AddCar in Rijeka airport 21-24 of September, looking aside the most nasty representative and filthiest rental car office I have ever seen, this is what happened when I was robbed 1410 euro:
Upon returning the car I was accused of causing the "damage" (1 cm minor scratch BELOW EVEN visible surface on the driverside, left bumper) I refuse to accept what I was made liable is because of the following reasons
1. Not something I have caused.
2. Impossible to have discovered, I cannot be sure this "damage" was already there when I took out the car.
3. This "damage" is something you would normally consider as normal part of usage, I strongly argue that this in fact is not even a damage, hence the "".

Furthermore I noticed a scratch that according to the renter was not necessary to document, he overly nice and servile behaviour when I picked up the car proved to be a very valid red flag, NOTE! To compare it was far worse than the "damage" I was accused of having caused
I notified airport staff and airport police about the matter and both looked at the damage on site and both just shook their heads.

To summarize, this is outrageous and fraudulent and CRIMINAL behaviour from AddCar rental company and to argue that the bumper must be replaced borders would be just laughable would I not been charged this ridiculous amount, 1410 euro!!!

A bunch of Scammers. Stay away. Do not rent cars from this company. They will do whatever it takes to steal money from you and charge your card without your permission. In my case, they charged me over 1000$ upon returning the car for no apparent reason. Now, I am talking to them to get the money back otherwise I will get it back through local authorities because they are scammers.
Long story short: Stay Away.

They accused us of causing non existent cosmetic damage and would have to charge us. Eventually they agreed after a very uncomfortable conversation that there was none and would not after all charge us.

"Do not hire from addcar"

Do not hire from addcar, the company offers cheapest quote to hire the car, but at the end you will pay expensive price as the company will make sure they will find the damage caused by you. I hired the car after arriving to BTS airport, the guy who I collected the car from was friendly enough and there was no issue, except the cigarette smell in the car. I don’t smoke and I was told by addcarr strictly no smoking in the car, however the car stinked of cigarette smoke.
The shock came when I returned the car, I was told I scratched plastic underneath of front bumper. I argued with staff that was already marked on original protocol, but I was told this is the other side. I couldn’t argue, as to be honest, when I was collecting the car, I didn’t lay down on the ground to check the scratches underneath of car. Addcar charged me 200EUR for this “damage”. They also charged me another 100EUR for the scratches on plastic wheel trims. Therefore instead of orginal hire price 98EUR, 4 days car hire cost me 398EUR. I am sure whoever will hire the same car next week will be charged for same damage as I don’t know many people laying down on the ground to check vehicle for damages when collecting the car. Their staff when returning the car was unhelpful, unfriendly and rude. I hire the car several times a year, but I have never had such a bad experience. Avoid at all cost. I have learnt my lesson, addcar are scammers and earning their profit very misleading and dishonest way!
