"Woeful customer service from Zooey"
Ordered a limited edition LP on 03/02 as a Valentines Day gift so should have been plenty of time to arrive. Funds debited from my account instantly but no order confirmation email nor update. Emailed them to chase the order and express my disappointment that the gift hadn't arrived for the 14th. This was met with a patronising explanation of order processing & delivery rather than an apology and an admission that the order had been overlooked. Lo & behold, the package arrived within three days of chasing ! Received a completely fatuous and nauseatingly insincere response from Zooey to accompany her repeated denial that the order had been overlooked (despite their website claiming that 'orders to the UK tend to arrive in 2 - 5 days) together with a flat refusal for any gesture of goodwill.

"Outstanding Patience and Support from Coldplay's Customer Service Team"
I recently experienced an issue with three missing packages from my Coldplay order, and I must say, the customer service team has been incredibly patient and supportive. Given that my packages are coming all the way from the UK to China, I understand that the journey is not easy and delays can happen. Despite this, the team has been responsive, kind, and very thorough in investigating the issue.
They offered a reshipment solution, which was incredibly reassuring, even though I have not received the packages yet. I truly appreciate their understanding and the proactive approach they’ve taken. I’m confident they will handle everything well, and I’m excited for the day when my albums finally arrive. Thank you, Coldplay team, for your exceptional support and patience!

Investigated by “J Rock” (customer advisor) who kept me updated on ongoing lost item and within days, item was delivered successfully.

I've ordered merch end of november 2024. It looked like a "we're clearing our shelves" sale so I thought "Well, it should be here quick, lovely". The money was withdrawn and then a two months odysses started (which actually hasn't ended yet) with constant mails from my side. Yes, they answered to these (continuously sayin 'we're talking to our suppliers, will come back to you soon' - so they had to order more items??). In the end and after asking again I finally got the info that I will have money refunded as the ordered item wasn't available anymore.
This, to put it short, really sucks. Cler, active communication that they will order items once purchased would have been fine. Letting people know it might take longer would have been fine. But not this.
Still waiting for my money now - I wonder when and if I will be refunded.
I have to add: I had another order with BSI in late December and everything went smoothly. Therefore the second star in this rating. Otherwise, this was a pure desaster.

I placed an order and had to cancel for personal reasons. I received a response within one business day, and the order was cancelled without issue. The agent had a very pleasant tone when responding, and the whole experience was great. Also appreciate that shipping for the EU shop is so reasonable. Other vendors and artist charge almost double what BSI charges.

Ordered by mistake two instead of just one T-shirt. Wrote an email, explained the problem, and within three days I got an email which said the money would be refunded. Excellent work, thanks Isla!
