J’ai commandé un album de JENNIE a 39€99.
Ja l’ai reçu cassé, fissuré. Impossible à exposé.
Le service client m’a remboursé 3€10. Je leurs explique que je ne suis pas d’accord avec cela. Je préfère un renvoi de l’article cassé et qu’il me renvoi un article impeccable.on me dit que c’est impossible que l’article n’a plus de stock.
On me dit que les 3€10 corresponde à uniquement le cd a hauteur de 20%, non mais la blague le boîtier est complètement fissuré, ils ont envoyé le pack dans une enveloppe !
Franchement tout s’est toujours bien passer avec mes commandes mais là je ne recommande pas du tout !

Après le dépôt de mon témoignage sur ce site, j’ai été rembourser de 12€ en plus. MERCI pour votre réactivité. Dommage qu’il ait fallu mettre un avis public.

I recently received a merch order that contained the wrong items. Despite some logistical challenges, Sami and the team worked with me (quite patiently!) to resolve the situation and ensure I received the correct items. I appreciated Sami's clear and prompt responses.

I pre-ordered a Tate Mcrae vinyl with a signed poster back in December that was due to be released mid February. I still have not receieved it, and it just says it has been "dispatched". I can't track it. I emailed customer services and after a few days they told me to wait about 5 days before contacting again. I waited another while, and still received no updates on the vinyl. I've emailed again and am yet to receieve a response. Absolutely awful service, especially for a signed product which is so sentimental and limited.

I got in contact with a different member of staff who has arranged a replacement package to be sent out in the next few days.

Still no update on package. Had to contact another member of staff.
FINAL UPDATE 7/4/25
They refunded it after finally admitting that they lost it. Absolutely furious. Whilst the customer service agents were all nice it's disgraceful how this was handled. A replacement was meant to be sent out, which I was awaiting and instead I woke up to find a refund had been issued instead. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. It should not be this difficult to ensure the delivery of a signed piece of merch to a customer. This whole ordeal has spanned almost 2 months and resulted with no positive outcome. I will not be ordering from them again.

Bought a Nick Cave record as soon as it was released to show support for his new Album and tour. Was in September. Now march and nothing. Have just been told we sent it. Go find it. I just want a new record sent. Terrible customer service.

So I asked the team, and after one minute, I received a response from Bruno that he would speak to the other team, and they would message me. They answered very quickly, politely, and helpfully. I was so happy and just want to say thank you for your kind and fast help.

I had ordered a digital download in November last year and never saw anything show up in my email other than a confirmation of purchase. I finally replied and asked how the download would have been sent to me. I didn't expect to get a response, but the next day Hilary responded and was able to send me a link for the download. In the day of AI and chatbots, I was pleasantly surprised to get a personal response and so quickly. Please keep your human staff :)

All the employees and everyone who helped me were very polite, especially to the valuable Zooey and Anya who took care of me, I would like to thank them very much. The products that reached me and received were packaged very protectively, and when I opened the cargo package, those products that were fascinating, incredibly beautiful, high quality and took my breath away with excitement came out (still exciting :) We must be sure that Queen B knows exactly what she’s doing. Thanks a lot again🫶
