The original parcel was not delivered – most likely a French post office issue as their service has gone down the drain – so I contacted customer service who were helpful and resent the parcel with tracking at no extra cost. I received the merch today, totally happy with it.
Oksana was quick to respond and instrumental in solving the issue.

Due to moving and forgettin to update all my details, when the invoice came the shipping address was my old address, which was easily fixed with a reply to the invoice. Brilliant. Neat or what?

- des colis reçus et renvoyés car ne contenant PAS les bons produits
je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon pull Coldplay commandé en Juin 2024. J'ai demandé à être remboursé récemment car je ne tenais plus.
Au moins je n'ai pas eu à me battre pour obtenir le remboursement de ma commande.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service, basically ignores you after telling you one thing and then the opposite happens. Didn't contact me at all about something I pre ordered being out of stock for 3 weeks, then handled the situation awfully. Basically scammers, do not recommend in the slightest.
