La mercancía me llegó bastante rápido, no me lo esperaba, así que muy contenta. Tuve un pequeño problema porque el pedido estuvo repartido en dos paquetes y el segundo no lo recibí a la vez que el primero pero el despiste fue del cartero de mi zona, porque no se había dado cuenta del detalle. Pero ya está todo solucionado, gracias Freddie por tu apoyo!

I bought a T shirt in aid of the cash for kids charity a couple of weeks ago and had heard nothing more after the initial order acknowledgement. I contacted BSI Merch who are handling the transaction and received great customer service from Jesse who quickly replied explaining it was a pre order, with the proposed dispatch date and what to do if I had any further enquiries. Thank you, it's a pity all customer service isn't this good.

I ordered some hoodies and T-shirts and one of the hoodies had a few cut marks down the front, took a few days to get sorted but it was the Easter weekend so to be expected, I had a refund for the damaged hoodie for which I will be reordering, the customer service assistant Zooey who helped me at the end was very helpful and I’m so grateful to her for sorting it out so quickly. The other items very good quality and I would definitely recommend

The best customer service i’ve ever seen. My parcel took a long time to arrive but they helped me track it by providing an international tracking number, offered many ways to solve the problem and asked to keep them informed about news with this parcel. When it turned out that the parcel was returned back to their office, they offered to resend the parcel for free.
