"Paczka opóźniona 3 miesiące..."

Czekam na moją koszulkę Adele już prawie 4 miesiące. Przy zakupie było napisane, że wysyłka potrwa 3-4 tygodnie, jeśli się nie mylę. Została wysłana 18 marca i od tego czasu brak informacji. Gdy piszę do obsługi klienta, odpowiadają wciąż to samo – że paczka ma opóźnienie. Ostatnio odpisali, że aby nadać paczce status zagubionej w transporcie, musi minąć 30 albo 60dni, już nie pamiętam.

Ordered a T-shirt. The delivery failed, stolen frm the letterbox I suspect, which was entirely due to Amazon not BSI Merch. The customer services folk at BSI Merch were brilliant in sorting out resending the order. The T-shirt is great quality too, so 5 stars for the product and at least 5 more for the customer services team.
