They had a technical problem resulting in some customers not getting what they ordered. I myself ordered an 2XL size and received a S.

Having reported the error to them i received an extreamly warm, genuine heartfelt apology.
One which would demonstrate just how to treat customers to the best of them.

They took complete resposibility and in no way held the Sophie Lancaster Foundation at fault.

Two days after the technical problem, i have a returns label for the item and a booked collection time, at no cost to myself.
I can't wait for the replacement guys!
