Thanks to Oksana and Tan, from customer services team, that has help me to follow up on the delayed product shipment, and has put the product on the way again.
Hopefully we can get our Niall's crewneck product, within the next few weeks that got lost somewhere ...

"Pessimo servizio, pacco mai spedito dopo mesi e nessuna risposta seria"
Ho effettuato un ordine da oltre 320€ mesi fa con BSI Merch, scegliendo anche la spedizione più costosa e tracciata. Nonostante ciò, il mio ordine non è mai stato spedito.
Ho contattato l’assistenza numerose volte e ogni volta mi hanno risposto con le solite frasi generiche: “verrà spedito entro 5 giorni”. Queste promesse sono state ripetute per mesi, senza che nulla venisse mai fatto. A un certo punto mi avevano persino detto che sarebbe stato spedito entro il 28 marzo. Ovviamente non è successo, e da lì sono tornati ai soliti messaggi vaghi.
Peggio ancora, non danno mai una spiegazione vera sul perché il pacco non parta. Ora hanno smesso completamente di rispondere alle email personalizzate e inviano solo risposte automatiche, ignorando tutto quello che ho scritto. È evidente che stanno solo prendendo tempo e non stanno gestendo il problema.
Non è la prima volta che mi capita con loro: anche un ordine precedente legato alla stessa artista è arrivato dopo 3 mesi, senza tracciamento, e lasciato fuori dalla portineria senza avviso, nonostante avessi pagato la spedizione premium.
Sono molto delusa e mi sento presa in giro. Sto procedendo con una segnalazione al Centro Europeo Consumatori e una contestazione del pagamento. Consiglio a chiunque di pensarci bene prima di acquistare da questo sito.

My order got lost in transit, the customer service team was friendly and helpful in getting the matter resolved. Unfortunately I had to get a refund as the items I order was out of stock but they sorted this in a timely manner.

"Terrible Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend"
Almost a year ago, I made two purchases. Both packages got lost three times. After waiting too long, I got tired of the situation and requested a refund. I received the money for the first order, but it has now been almost two months since I started requesting the refund for the second one.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. They keep asking me to be "more patient," as if that solves everything, but the truth is, it doesn't. A store should be responsible for its service, and this one has completely failed. I will never purchase from them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.
