I recently had an issue with my online order, which was significantly delayed.
Zooey from customer support stepped in quickly, was incredibly understanding, and proactively sorted out a refund. Coldplay means a lot to me, so experiencing genuine care from the customer support team made all the difference.

"Extraordinarily bad experience"
Dealing with BSI Merch has been an extraordinarily bad experience. I have exchanged over 20 emails with them, yet they have failed to find a solution. As part of a pre-order, I made my purchase in September 2024. The package was sent out in January, but it took them until March 18, 2025, to confirm what I had been telling them all along: "The package is lost in transit."
Despite quoting my order number in every email and continuing the conversation thread, I received three nonsensical responses. Two of them referred to an order from 2022 ("The package should have arrived by now..."—it did, back in 2022), and one reply had nothing to do with any of my past orders.
I suspect this was done intentionally to drag out my complaint, ensure that 180 days would pass since my PayPal purchase, and perhaps in the hopes that I would abandon my complaint.
After 180 days from my original purchase and PayPal payment, they began claiming they no longer had stock of what I bought and could not resend my full purchase. Of course, this was not true, as the items are still available for sale on the band’s webpage. I repurchased the supposedly unavailable stock and requested they add the item they had previously confirmed to have in stock but no longer offer on their webpage. They are now in a position to send me the contents of my original order. I also requested a refund of my duplicated shipment and item purchase , while asking them to resend my original order. Since then, they have been ignoring my emails.
I just want what I bought. If the package was lost, they should resend its contents. Considering the considerable amount of time I’ve spent dealing with BSI Merch, a postage refund would have been a nice gesture to retain me as a customer. However, it seems I will now be forced to contact PayPal to resolve the issue.

Customare Service is awesome and if you have any problem they will provide a solution in minutes. With my last order (Architects last limited edition vinyl) i had a problem woth shipping and Sami took care of my case updating me regularly and solving the problem.
