My personal experience of BSI Merch is Five Star ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐ ⭐️ ⭐️. More to the point my experience with two members of the customer service department is 5 star. I had an order undelivered and had forgotten about it. When I realised it hadn’t arrived (some 8/9 weeks later) I sent an email explaining. Zooey & Sami were absolutely brilliant. Communication was first class, a friendliness and reassurance within the emails gave me hope and confidence I would receive my item or get a full refund. I was given the choice of either option. I chose to have the item, if it was still in stock. It was, days later it arrived. Thanks so much to Zooey and Sami 🙏. Top, top work in what must be a very busy job. Someone buy those two a nice cake 🧁. Thanks team.

"Responsive customer service made the difference"
I was trying to order something from a band's web store run by BSI Merch. For some reason, the site was unable to accept a UK shipping address even though it was an UK store. I sent an email to the BSI Merch customer service address to let them know, and very quickly had a reply letting me know the problem had been fixed. And sure enough, it was all working correctly and I could place my order. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Sami and Emily, who dealt with the issue speedily and in such a friendly and helpful manner :)

"Really positive expérience"
Really positive expérience! Shipment was fast and packaging appropriate. An unfortunate handling error caused the wrong size of an ordered item to be shipped. Not a problem! The team helped managing this smoothly and professionnally and organized an exchange upon simple request by mail, at no extra charge. Special big up to Kirsten and Zooey for their support. And merch is really fine, by the way! :). Thank you!

"Polite, but lack accuracy on information..."
Ordered items from Sumerian UK Webstore which is run by BSI Merch, two weeks and several emails and I'm still waiting for my order. I've been informed there are no issues with the order, but have yet to receive anything. Further email sent yesterday but no response. Others have placed orders after mine and have received theirs without issue.
Customer service, while polite, doesn't provide you with accurate answers (told order would be sent in the next 5 days but 5 days later and no order dispatched). Quite frustrating and seem to be getting the same answers each time.

The BSI team was nothing but helpful and polite at all times! Ordered a couple of things back in early December 2024 and just received them today.
If you order for Eastern Europe or any country with outdated postal service keep in mind, that your package will probably get lost and you will never hear about it. BSI sent the items on time but the local postal service never called or informed me that I had a package waiting. After a month of basically nothing BSI let me know that the package was sent back to them and they suggested either a refund or to resend it again. I choose to have it resend again. Another month went by and I decided to get the tracking number only to see that the package is sitting at the local service's office for 2 weeks already and no one called or anything. Went there today the staff tried to chase me away saying the package was not there. After 20 minutes of disputes they fished the poor package out and gave it to me. Before you blame BSI for delays, check with your local post first!

Very kind service and they really put an effort on trying to solve the issue with my lost package. They offered me to get a refund or try send the exact same order. They are the most kind customer service I’ve come across. Can’t wait to have my package !
