I wasn’t aware of the preorder so contacted the customer services.
Credit where due they were great and responded to my concern which was I thought I’d been scammed😂
I now understand the long time I have to wait and more than delighted I hadn’t been scammed.

"Great Quality Item and Fantastic Customer Service Team"
I ordered the Ghost jacket for the O2 show in London but there was a technical error, which meant the order was slightly delayed.
I reached out to the Customer Service Team, as I was worried the jacket was not going to be delivered on time, and they were wonderful keeping me updated.
Anya, Oksana and Andre were very helpful and friendly and the jacked did indeed arrive just in time for the show :)
I'm thrilled with the jacket. It has high quality fabric and embroidery. I wear it proudly.

Customer service team was amazing to deal with, replied promptly and when they couldn’t locate my parcel, they promptly refunded me.
Kirsten was the customer service agent I communicated with and she was very lovely, nice to get a real person straight away also as a lot of companies you’ll get AI
Sadly my parcel did get lost in transit as it was such a big journey.. the shipping was quite expensive to New Zealand and unfortunately there wasn’t a tracking option unless i was willing to pay over $100. The untracked shipping was also $40 + dollars.
This is the only problem I have with their website, it should be a bit more accommodating to shipping options and the pricing so they can reduce how many parcels get lost in transit but again, I do want to express how great the customer service team was- the shipping doesn’t have really anything to do with the customer service team so rest assured if you ever have any problems on this website you will be attended too in a timely matter!

A big thank you to Noah! Part of my order, a Coldplay All my love mug, got lost while it was dispatched in December. I contacted the customer service this week and Noah replied very fast. I got my order refunded without any problems and will order a new mug. Fingers crossed that it will be delivered this time. Thanks again for your service, Noah.
