"A New Look for Our Fireplace "

We’re covering our brick fireplace in slate and wood. Roger came to cover the hearth and trim the firebox in slate. He was meticulous. They also took our gas logs out and cleaned them and repositioned them. They painted the firebox black. They were very conscientious about not making a mess. I would highly recommend them.

"Glass door of fireplace broke after service - company denies responsibility"

After their service visit, the glass door of the gas fireplace broke during the first use. Despite the fact that obviously the performed service did cause this failure, the company refused to perform a replacement for free. Very disappointing that this company does not stand for their mistakes.

We came in to look at log sets. We were shown many options for log sets and also decided to get fireplace doors. RJ helped us through the selection process and went above and beyond when there was a delay in the door production. We appreciated having the log set installed on an earlier date than when the doors arrived so that we could use the fireplace. The entire project turned out great; we love it.
