They broke electrical outlets and would not repair them. I had to pay over $1,000 to have the electricity repaired. This rating is generous.

"Clueless salesman, poor install"

Bought a wood burning insert from this place a few years ago, nearly a $10k purchase installed. The salesman flat out made up details about the product that were not true. My fault for not verifying I guess...? The installers were very young. They got the product installed and did good work with the gas lines, but the freakin unit is NOT CENTERED and they didn't insulate around the unit at all. It's great when a fire is going, but at all other times the thing is a cast-iron heat sink akin to an open window, which I thought I was fixing when I put in the insert with a lockable, gasketed glass door in place of the old-school open hearth fireplace that was there. They probably won't be the cheapest place around either so, buyer beware.

Our wood burning fireplace went from "not used" to a warm and wonderful focal point in our room. The sales staff was wonderful in helping select a log set, doors, and everything in-between. Installation was quick and stress free. I only wish we had done this sooner!

Professional, prompt service. Would have given 5 stars except gas odor was detected immediately after repairs were completed and technicians were packing up to leave. We notified them immediately and they corrected the leak with what seemed to be a rather involved process. We were satisfied that the service corrected the resulting gas leak but concerned that the leak occurred as a result of the service and was not detected by the technicians. Big safety concern.
