Josh was nice, punctual, and efficient. He laid down canvas sheets to protect our carpets and folded them up in a way that would not cause soot to get everywhere.

The company will be looking into prices to replace parts of our (very old) fireplace blower, and will let us know how much it would be to replace it - if possible.

Very expensive for them to just come out and look at fireplace. Very long time to get an appointment. Will take 3 months for simple repair when it is all said and done. Also very costly.

I appreciated the advice on what needed to be done immediately and what I may consider doing at a later date. Not everything was considered a priority.

I also love the new look of my fireplaces with the black paint and the birch log set for the fireplace I wanted changed from wood burning to gas burning.

The installers were respectful of my spaces and really made sure they cleaned up afterwards as well.
