I can’t fault the installation from Kloud 9, Fin and Billy(?) were so friendly and approachable and let us know exactly what was going on and when. Our speeds have improved considerably since the install too. I have dropped a star because I found the sales approach incredibly strong, to the point of too much. We had multiple house calls, phone calls, leaflets through the letter box, even after we initially declined the service, and it did get pretty frustrating and felt quite forceful. I also found that the duct box covering our data duct had been unscrewed and a feed line had been put down almost in anticipation of the install happening even though we hadn’t agreed to the install yet. Thankfully, we did end up going for it and the install was really pleasant, but I do think the sales approach needs to be reviewed/the teams shouldn’t be touching peoples houses before anything has been agreed.
