Communication was not very good. Product does not fit and does not do the job.

While the ticket system worked fairly well but no record is kept of the communication for further friendly follow-up. I have instead requested whatsup number of SNG as it’s much easier to communicate requests and share photos and videos. I was given a number but I noticed that my communication was neither seen by SNG nor did I got a response.i hope this can be sorted out to become more reliable. further, I’m not sure if I should have a dedicated salesman at SNG or it’s better to communicate by phone or email with who ever is available. Other than that, generally I’m happy dealing with SNG and I’ll continue doing so.
