Nach einer schlechten Erfahrung anlässlich der ersten Bestellung, hat sich der SNG Mitarbeiter dem Problem angenommen und die Ursache bei DHL lokalisiert.

Weitere Bestellungen haben nun perfekt geklappt. Danke. Ich werde mich künftig direkt an den SNG Mitarbeiter wenden und vorab klären, ob gesuchte Teile an Lager sind aber (noch) nicht ONLINE verfügbar.
