"Our holiday 2019 (and every other year so far...)"
The Holiday Park us central on the North Wales coast, from there it is easy to travel out. Public transport is ideal for this. Golden Sands is fairly small, I suppose, in comparison to a lot of holiday parks, but it has everything that you need: swimming pool, entertainment, both day and night, the fish & chip shop is excellent value for money, and probably the best chips in the area. The caravan was clean, the park itself is kept fastidiously clean, the staff are friendly and amenable, you really do feel as though you are 'family' and valued.

Chalets and location was perfect were it was especially walks to the beach with kids, however had a few problems with attitude of security when discussing rules about certain food trays wasn't allowed in bar even though it was an on site chippy spoilt atmosphere of holiday and felt very unwelcome, left for home early

When my grandkids when swimming the woman with the red hair sorry but don’t no her name said you can’t come in because we are full there was 8 people in my son-in-law was with them I have reported it but not got no reply on what the girl said the person I told in ur office at the desk said she was dealing with it and I found out that my nephew went in with he’s kids and she said same to him she shouldn’t be working there because my grandchildren love swimming that’s what it’s all about going on holiday is to enjoy it but she spoiled it for my grandchildren they never what to go there again I have been to golden sands for years I went with my children and my youngest is 32 now but I am afraid I won’t be coming there again plus there is nothing to do for children as well if all the staff are like her then that is it sorry

"July 27th"
We recently stayed at golden sand, the park was good, the pool was a bit small considering the size of the park, and having to wait an hour before we could get in and then only getting an hour in the pool it’s self was a shame, but kids loved it.

"The adapted caravan"
The adapted caravan was very well laid out, although the plates were in a high cupboard for a wheelchair user, the overall layout was very good, the external access was very good and the bedrooms were very good, sadly the wet room was a disaster with it flooding into the kitchen in just over a minute. Despite raising it at reception on several occasions they were unable to fix it, which sadly spoilt the break. We were offered a discount off our next stay but have lost faith in the site.
