"Great holiday park"

Great holiday park, been tqice in the last 3 months and bith times it has been great. Chippy could do with staying open later as its usually closed by around 8pm. Very clean park, all staff have been great and very polite. Staff in particular tyler, rosie, chloe and rachel. Theres was one member of the entertainment staff that seems like she doesnt want to be there (naomi), makes zero effort with the children unlike all the other staff and always has a face on her, never cracks a smile, other then that one so called entertainer all staff are amazing. "Comfortable and spacious"

First time my husband and I had stayed, and booked on recommendation. We couldn’t have made a better choice. My husband lives with mixed dementia, and the adapted caravan was perfect for his needs. Nothing was too much trouble for the site staff, and the site itself was beautifully laid out. Clean, tidy and well maintained. We met some very kind, helpful and friendly people. All in all, a refreshing break.

been going for 25 years always have a great time if there was anything i could change would be pool size capacity for a large park can be quite hard to get into swimming

"rubbish caravan"

our caravan was terrible the sliding doors wouldn't slide which wasn't to bad on the bedroom doors but the toilet one was a nightmare plus it was a disabled bathroom so the shower was a wet room and the floor was uneven so if we had a shower it would flood the caravan when we told the staff at the reception they just said "oh right were sorry about that" no we will sort this or anything

"Great park loads to do when it's all…"

Great park loads to do when it's all open would benefit with something for teenagers. Would of liked to of had someone watching the park as alot of kids are there without any adults. Chippy is great,shop ok would be better if everything advertised was available. Perfect location for the beach and for all towyn has to offer.

We stayed here with our 2 boys 7& 9months. We were in the bronze caravan which was surprisingly bigish for a standard very clean.. all i can say is wow we had a great stay food delicious the entertainment was brilliant all the staff were so friendly & polite.. we will definitely be staying here again in the future would highly reccomend.
