"Woefully slow customer service without a conscience"
We bought a corner suite from an event at a local hotel on May 26th 2019, we were informed by the rep that the suite should be with us in about 6 weeks. This wasn't ideal, but it was cheap (circa £1000) and you get what you pay for.
Fast forward to the original delivery timeline, I've had no contact from Alfresco, I chased them instead. I called THREE times across three days, leaving voicemails (as the phone is never picked up and only ever answered by an automated service that doesn't even confirm the company name), to date, no-one has ever called me back. I chased via email and only got a response 48hrs after my wife found them on Facebook and publicly poked them there.
What everyone writes on here is true, they are full of excuses. Apparently there was a "delay with this container" meaning I have to wait an additional 4+ weeks for delivery of our suite, In short, we miss summer! Not only is a delay like unacceptable, but what is more irritating is that I had to contact them to ask them what was happening. If there was a delay, and they knew of this, why not contact me earlier? Being as they have failed to deliver in the timescales, I have requested a full refund, we'll see how that works out.
I dearly wish I could give this company zero stars!!!

"poor delivery"
We ordered our furniture 20thMay 2019, we were told delivery will be 6-7 weeks but would likely be nearer 3-4 weeks, so we ordered. I emailed them on the 6th week to progress to be told that it will be docking in 4 weeks, (that’s now 10weeks, plus delivery from the warehouse to Wales, say 1-2 weeks) so delivery how likely to be 11-12weeks. My issue is why did they wait until I emailed them to tell me if the delay? And why they would be so childish as to block me on Facebook when I stated the above delivery facts. My regret is not consulting Trustpilot reviews before ordering.

Avoid this company.
When we bought this item, the sales rep informed that this sofa would be with us by end of May, (4 weeks after purchase).
We chased on numerous occasions and each time the delivery date was delayed (last correspondence was end of July). Absolutley no proactive communication on their part.
When we expressed our frustration and cancelled our order, amazingly they had one in stock despite declaring there were none in the UK and were on the water from China.
Their customer service is non-existent and appear to make more money charging customers £25 cancellation fee than actually from selling furniture.
We are disputing the £25 fee as they are profiteering from their own incompetence.

"13 weeks - still no furniture 😡😡"
Told 6 weeks delivery, then told another 5 weeks - it’s now been 13 weeks and still no furniture and terrible at answering the phone - will never buy of them again and would recommend no one else does - awful customer service

Ordered and paid for garden furniture £859 on 31 March 2019, was told max 6 weeks delivery. I emailed company regular to find out why late told that it would be a few more weeks, 9, 10 weeks was getting a little impatient still getting no joy from the company remembering they have had my money in full and still no date of delivery. This week 12 weeks from payment they tell me that the courier has returned it to them unfortunately badly damaged and that it would be end of July another 5/6 weeks until the next delivery. For my order. What on earth is that all about they said if I wait until end of July they will give me £30 off. Or I can have a full refund .i am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism with this companies
Customer service, after holding my money for the 12 weeks . I could have ordered from any other company and had received my goods.

"Zero customer service"
Zero customer service brought a suite for £750 told 12 months warranty delivered damaged informed damage to delivery driver who in turn called and was told to call company next day I withheld delivery fee of £40 until resolved, company refused to help saying I had got £40 off suite as not paid delivery disgusting service

"Very poor customer services"
Very poor customer services! Placed an order back in middle of April. 7 weeks later, still not received, and they can't tell me when I'm going to receive(was originally given a 4 week timescale for delivery). They have now processed a refund (without me confirming them too), with a £25 admin charge for me cancelling! Would be more than double the expected timescale, yet they have charged me, because they claim not to be outside their delivery window!
Wouldn't believe anything they tell you. Don't waste your time!

"Not the best of experiences."
Received my furniture yesterday. Very pleased with the quality of the product and price but delivery and customer care was very poor.
When ordered I was advised delivery would be 6-8 weeks. On checking after 6 weeks I was advised it could be a further 6-8 weeks. Response to concerns was poor but was ultimately offered a £30 discount (about 3%). When a delivery date was given I was advised delivery would be 8am to 8pm. Not very helpful.
All in all not one of the best experiences

Just had the delivery today and all furniture was bent and/or broken plus two loungers missing. Customer care upon notifying them on the phone was zero, no apology. Hoping a miracle occurs to rectify my confidence in this company.

"Faultless Service"
I ordered their Seville 8 seat set, and it was cheap, easy to put together and incredible quality.
I looked around, and they were not only the cheapest around, but they had a wealth of credible history online. Definitely going to buy from them again when the Sun comes out again!
