The ability to order a vehicle was quite simple but there were a few things I did not like which is why I am only giving a 3 star rating and won't be ordering through the site/broker again.

1) I don't believe it makes sense for a "buy it now" price to have auction fees added when the vehicle was not purchased via the auction.

2) I don't like the fact that Copart allows the buyer to pick up their vehicle but A Better Bid forces you to use a transporter and pay extra fees.

3) I find it ridiculous that I purchased a vehicle late night but that night was still considered as part of the pick up days. There is no option to pick up a vehicle at 10 or 11pm so why would that even be counted instead of rolled over to the next morning?

4) I used A Better Bid as a broker in hopes of getting a clean title vehicle as it was shown on Copart, but upon arriving at the website I realized it's an acquisition that will still end up becoming a salvage title. Which means I should have just saved myself some money and avoided a broker altogether and purchased a salvage via right on Copart that I could pick up for almost free. It was a waste of money and time.

5) I paid all my fees almost immediately yet shipping was still delayed for some odd reason and the time/date kept changing, yet I was still charged storage fees as if it was my fault. I am 32mins away from Adelanto and could have picked the vehicle up quicker and for far less than charged.

6) Allow vehicles to be paid for via debit/credit card instead of forcing wire transfers. It's too much of a hassle.

All in all, the website/company has potential to be great but there is a lot to work on. I'd start with adjusting the auction fees and shipping situation.
