"Loft conversion"

The design meetings and the submission of building regs/permitted development were all handled brilliantly and without any problems.

We were very happy with the design and how the new loft stairs integrated with our existing layout.

Only three stars due to the design calling for a traditional steel construction for the loft which the builders considered was not buildable and would not give the headroom required in any case.

We kept the arkiplan overall design but went with telebeam for the structure. This worked very well.

Would be happy to use arkiplan again, but would ask more questions about the buildability of the designs if tolerances (in our case head room) were marginal.
