Having a clear and thorough portal made my experience great. I'm a first time renovator and Arkiplan covered all the steps in a thorough way and I'm well on my way to building my dream home.

Received the drawings as expected but design input was limited. Note the Building Control Drawings were stated as "FOR BUILDING CONTROL APPROVAL ONLY
NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION" which made our builder laugh. Probably fine if you know exactly what you want and have access to the expertise to critique designs. Fortunately we had a very helpful and experienced builder to interpret and tweak. Unfortunately the whole experience was soured by a rude and aggressive Director threatening bailiffs for final invoice I had queried and not received a response to. I do not normally leave reviews but given the unpleasant correspondence I received I felt compelled to leave this and note in reviews below that others have had a similar experience. On this basis alone I would not recommend them and would use a local architect next time.

I have used local architects for projects in varied areas over the last 30 years. None have been as quick, efficient & sensibly reasonable as Arkiplan. I had tried local Architects for our plans but all too busy for the size of the extension. We have just been told we have the planning permission which is pretty hard work obtaining on previous projects, this went through straight away. Thank You All Arkiplan.

We’ve yet to see what happens with the efficiency of getting our plans submitted to the council but so far we can’t fault Arkiplan. Everything has been so easy. They’ve thought of every step in the procedure and made it so simple to follow. I love that when you provide comments the architect has a tick box for when they’ve completed it- literally no room for forgetting anything. On top of that, our designer Arita has been brilliant. She really listened to what we were after and provided us drawings we love. After an awful experience with a previous architect firm we were nervous about doing another project but Arkiplan have been faultless and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Arkiplan!
