"where to start"

where to start. firstly no i do not trust, Trust ID, or any other so called ID verification company or system. one i do not trust the company, i do not trust them to hold my data, my image etc. I do not trust their emplyees, and I do not want to use your system. IK ahve never in 45 years ahd to proove my eliagiblity to work in the uk other than send a copy of my passport this is limiting the amount of info that one place can hold.

secondly the system does not work if you do not ahve a smart phone! I do not ahve a smart phone. nor do i want one... EVER, they are intrusive in to life.

this compnay along with others like it are set up as another stelth tax and sata gatherer for the goverment to conssolidate your information and also to sell it off... of course they will try to plicate you by saying they do not! but lets face it they say one thing and do another!

all the positves i ahve noticed are from the likes of HR dept and the lion share which are negative are from users.

have a look in to compnaies house at the directors and the amount of information they must have on people.

Takes way too long and too fussy with what internet app i use on my phone.

Couldn't get it to work, tried for 2 days always says 'check could not be initiated'. There's no need for this level of nonsense. It's just a brick-wall no explanation of what is wrong or tips to avoid just an option to restart - garbage. Shame as I'd been through 3 interviews to get that job!

Utterly useless, torture and painful, with zero care for users
damn every business that force people to use this arrogant out of touch useless service

"Disgustingly Poor"

Appalling lack of any form of customer service. The portal simply doesn't work and there is no way to speak to a real human being. An extremely stressful waste of time.

I was calling within expected hours.

Useless app. Every time I try to upload my passport photo, it just won't work. Useless waste of my time

The platform does what it says on the tin and offers great competitive pricing compared to alternatives. There are minor issues with the platform like user management (when someone is set to receive all org access, you cannot then edit that user if you are the same - should have super user groups that allows editing and deletion of all). Support is really great though and always quick to help resolve issues!

"I can't make Trust ID work"

Do TrustID get paid per failed check?
I can't make Trust ID work. After I've clicked on "Use Photo" for the passport it gives me this error message:
"Performing liveness check
"Check could not be initialized"
I've tried several times.

Very easy to use, great customer service. Applicants don't seem to have an issue using this service to which makes our onboarding process nice and smooth

The customer service team on live chat was so helpful. I have reached out to them quite a few times. Every time they gave me a proper response, it made the process much easier.
