"I placed an order with CanvasChamp"

I placed an order with CanvasChamp, expecting high-quality prints, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. First, my order was shipped from India despite the impression that the products are made in the U.S.. I spent over $700 on prints, and half of them arrived damaged, with another two prints being poorly printed. They were all supposed to have high-end canvas and better print quality (that's what I paid for), and only one of them arrived with the thicker canvas and mounting hardware attached. The biggest issue, however, has been their complete lack of customer service. I have reached out multiple times with no response. No effort has been made to correct the situation or honor their so-called satisfaction guarantee. At this point, we are pursuing all available options, including a chargeback through Visa, due to the total lack of resolution.A guarantee is only worth what a company stands behind, and CanvasChamp has not stood behind theirs. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from them—if something goes wrong, you may be left with no support and a significant financial loss.

Here's an update: I responded to CanvasChamp, and I still have nothing from them. Looks like I'm out the money spent, and very poor customer service. Please, don't use them.

Finished metal print photo was very nice but site software doesn't have good editing capability. I had to pay $2,49 extra to have a site person check on the exact look of the finished product. No wall mounting hardware included. Good value overall.
