"DAMAGED GOODS"

I ordered canvas framed picture on the 25th July 2023, it arrived 3 days later but it was unfortunately damaged, I was told I would receive a full refund which has never happened, everyday I email them & get reply that they are having meetings about my refund, or the refund was done on the 1st August 2023, I have been lied to in all emails from many different staff.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, THEY LIE LIE LIE IN EVERY EMAIL.
