"20x16 acrylic print sucked"

Ordered a 20x16 acrylic print. On arrival it was obvious there was a printing quality issue in there production along with a couple finger prints i couldn't remove. When i contacted then about the poor quality there response was that it was the image i provided was poor nothing on their end. As for acrylic printing goes, what i got looks nothing like an acrylic print should look like. I have since sent more images of the mediocre printing job, we will see what happens. I would avoid this company unless you are looking for cheap, average products and willing to fight ihe company if you get screwed on quality! Order # USA169833219549

This is an absolutely great place to order custom sized canvas. It is easy to customize online and they offer a variety of options for framing and borders. Just received my first order and it is beautiful! I have more to come. For interior decoration, I need custom sizes, extra large prints of personal photos. Canvas champ delivers on all these items. I even had a change made after I submitted the order and they did it right away. Highly recommend.

"I have had two separate digital…"

I have had two separate digital paintings printed on canvas. Both are washed out leaving the image dull and far less vibrant than it appears on the computer screen or when printed on paper. Also, the colors are not right. One cost me $60 and the other $75 and I would not want to sell either because this is my creative work were talking about here. They offered to reprint one, but I know it would turn out the same because they couldn't even get the proof right. I don't know how they would fare printing on paper, but I'd rather not take a chance on losing more money. Their technical support for resolving such issues is useless. I hope they start listening to customers and making improvements.

"Wrinkled and rotten wood."

The company sent me a lot of defective prints. They made me go through hoops to get any replaced. Sent me one with black rotten wood then their reply email to me informing them was « We would like to clarify that the wood you see on the back of the print is only for support purposes and does not affect the quality of the canvas print itself ». Disgusting.

"Again the corner folds of the canvas are BAD!"

Again the corner folds of the canvas around the frame left wood and staples showing. Not nearly as bad as first attempt but certainly not a professional or desirable finish. I have a canvas several years old of another dog done by a different company that is perfect on same size frame so I know it can be done, just not by your company. I used a dark marker pen to attempt to cover the exposed wood and staples.

I ordered a "Neon" sign (actually LED behind fibreoptic tubing, which I prefer) and the company was incredibly easy to work with, delivered the finished product as promised, and was well under the quote from other companies
