Canvas picture was given and gifted with great compliments and impressive responses. The picture I had sent in was placed on canvas and of the best quality. I only wish that I had ordered a larger size. Packaged with care and will definitely order again. In fact, the recipient of the gift requested your website so they could also order. I had a beautiful floral arrange that my son had sent me that has now become a canvas on my wall. I have decided to have you do the same treatment to some images I haven't yet finished. When I have the wall completed, I will send the finished posting to you!

"Imperfections on received canvas"

Decided to try ordering from then a second time. The first time I ordered I had to get it redone as there was a scratch and other marks on the canvas print. They redid it right away and everything was fine.
Decided to try again and received it today and to my chagrin, upon opening there was a scratch above centre on the image, white marks around the edges and the centre wooden piece on the back was 1/4 inch short on the top.
Just contacted them to either get a refund or a replacement done but I think this is the last time I will use them. The packaging was good, this was all done prepackaging I'm just wondering do they review it before they actually package it up and send it?

I would not order a pet shaped pillow from this company. The quality was terrible. It has taken 2 months and I am still waiting for 2 that were remade. They are not arriving in time for xmas so now I need to shop. I am fighting to get a refund. The quality was terrible, did not match the description (not fuzzy), extremely disappointed. The canvas print I got was great but definately not the pillows. Items come from India so take along time for delivery.

The potential for great is there. However...quality control is lacking, as is decent packaging. Metal prints are quite fragile and are packed with no cushioning to the edges whatsoever. The first order came missing the hangers I paid extra for and poor image quality. The reprints came damaged - but with better image quality and the hangers. I can't win. I also ordered three 12x18 canvases that came damaged and were reprinted and look great, but it shouldn't take 2 times to get it right. I also ordered three 16 x 20 canvases out of which 1 had drips and visible staple right in the front and the other had a dent in a corner. I'm still awaiting the reprint of that canvas. Very disappointing...the price is right and they could be great. I'd pay a little extra for them to get it right. They do try and make it right but communication is difficult.

"Sizes are misleading, image okay, finish meh"

The size comparison images that they provide are misleading. I should have pulled out a tape measure to see how big the medium size was, but I relied on their size comparison tool and was disappointed with a smaller than expected blanket. I'm 5 ft tall and the medium covers from by foot to the bottom of my pelvis where-as the size comparison photo shows a person covered with the blanket fully. Very misleading. Make sure to measure before you order so you know what you are receiving. The image turned out okay (I ordered the cotton woven blanket), but the ends seem unfinished and I will be nervous to wash this blanket and will likely wash it by hand to prevent it from unraveling.
