The quality was POOR. You could see indentation lines around our square frame where the canvas had been pushed to hard into the frame and it left marks. The heart shape picture should have had the pictured part of the canvas wrap around the sides. Instead you could see white lines and picture area all down the sides.

"Missing item, nightmare customer service"
Ordered four canvas prints and two custom photo socks. Order arrived without one of the socks, and have been dealing with their horrible customer service for over a week now. First they wanted me to send a photo of the issue. How do you send a photo of a missing item?!? Then they said they would print and send them, though at this point grossly past when I needed them for a gift. I suggested they also should give me a refund, since the $9 socks would be arriving too late to give as a gift. They agreed that they would both refund the price and send them to me. Two days later, got a new email saying they could only do one or the other. I've never had to respond to so many emails to get a missing item resolved! The other pair of socks they did send are cute, but I'll never trust them again with an order. Too many other companies offer the same product, surely there is someone more reliable out there.
