Canvas is great! But added wrong hanging option on back I wanted sawtooth hook but put sticky. They did refund what I paid for sawtooth hook. I was disappointed thought not to hang to my preference. I would order from them again.

The product and service is great… although, had some issues with the initial order. My first order arrived, but one of my split canvas frames was built lopsided and did not line up with the other two pieces. I was told they were going to send me a replacement of the one piece that was built lopsided…. But luckily they replaced all three pieces, as the coloring/shade of the image was completely different than the first one I received. All in all, the customer service rep was helpful, and the product looks great once all issues were corrected.

I’m pretty happy with the result. There is one small blemish (a white dot) on the print. Not sure if there was an error with the printing or if it happened in shipping. I wouldn’t think it was with the shipping as the print was very securely packaged in bubble wrap.

Purchased a neon sign in November for a Christmas gift which the website promised in time for Christmas. It hadn’t arrived the week before Christmas so I contacted them. They did then prioritise it, but still arrived after Christmas spoiling Christmas for my partner with no gift. When it finally did arrive we unpacked it, plugged it in, turned it on. It didn’t work. My partner picked up the transformer, something rattled loose inside it the it EXPLODED in his hand!!! The casing flew 3 metres across the room!
