"Damaged canvas resolved "

I ordered a canvas. Unfortunately, it came damaged. Next, I notified customer service by email and uploaded pictures of the damaged canvas. They resolved the matter by shipping me another canvas (reprint). A few years back, CanvasChamp used to place the 2 hanging brackets on the back edge. Now, they place them upside down further in-between the the canvas. Hopefully, they can go back to the way they used to do it.

I have ordered two canvas prints from CanvasChamp and their products are wonderful.

I received my canvas prints today and they exceeded my expectations! The color was richer than other competitors and the image was more crisp as well. Their frames are better with an included back panel which is unheard of! They arrived two days earlier than expected to boot! Do not hesitate, know that they will do an excellent job. They are better priced than the others I have ordered from, and the printing is far better. I will be reordering soon

But with that said, I've never have to change anything, the colors and the cut are exactly as expected.

"Avoid Canvas Champ"

Be careful and do not order from this vendor. Canvas Champ appears to be either a very poorly run company or a complete scam. They lose orders (I'm not talking in the mail, but at their facility). Customer service is unhelpful, and they refuse to give refunds. I had to go the hard route to get a $74 order refunded for something they never even shipped. I didn't even start contacting the company until after the order was supposed to have been delivered, only to have both reps that I talked to not even know where the order was.

Horrible experiance, and there are too many other custom printing sites out there to worry about using this one.

Also, after some research, it appears most of their testimonals and reviews that they have on their website are fake or paid for.

The product was completed and shipped very quickly for my needs. It was shipped to another state per request and arrived in a box that had a lot of holes punched in it. The artwork seemed OK. After looking closely at the stretched canvas there were some wrinkles in it and the corners were not crisp and clean. This art was entered in a contest so needed to be perfect. Other than these issues, the print looked good and I was mostly happy with the product.

Great response and shipping time. But do wish that my high resolution photos would could have been seen without having to go through emailing/uploading on the other site. But they did great with working with me.
