This was a gift for my sister. It was a photograph from a trip to Europe 25 years ago. It captured a very special moment of a very memorable trip.

The majority of the picture quality was disappointing. Despite uploading all 4K images, the double-sided tape proved ineffective as the photos began falling off the wall within hours. I had to purchase picture mounts and redo everything.

I am currently trying to work out a solution with Canvas Champ customer service, but have had no success. I ordered 5 identical prints that were to have a 1/2" border on the exposed part of the frame. The canvas prints arrived, but with no border. Even though I have a written note from one of their design folks (I paid extra to have this service), I have been told my only recourse is to start over with another order (wasting my original $106). At this time, I would not recommend their services, because they are taking no responsibility for any part of this apparent misunderstanding. UPDATE 3/16: Customer service reviewed my order details, and acknowledged the problem. They offered to reprint my order, to the original request. I am very hopeful for a good outcome (the quality of the original order was excellent). I will do another update after the product is received.

You trusted FedEX to deliver my package. I already communicated with CanvasChamps about my experience. FedEx throw my package on the ground in a random place on my driveway and it was in the bushes and then it was snowed. It wasn't found for over a week.

I used Canvas Champ for a canvas mounted 11 X 14 print for my living room and possibly for sale, in the future. The order went smoothly, because it was on a Friday, the print was done on Saturday or Monday then shipped out using the cheapest way. It took 2 days long to arrive than the carrier estimated, but I was in no big hurry anyway, so everything was fine. I liked the print and am happy with the results.

I made two orders. One was 3 wedding photos now on our bedroom wall and the other a group of butterflies now on the dinning room wall. They look great! I will order again.
