"Quick to turn around to replace a damaged photo"

One photo was damage they turn sent me another one in fast timely manner.

I ordered 24 canvas prints in 16" x 20" size. They came out beautiful. The pictures are clear and vibrant. The website was easy to use. Response time and delivery of prints was quick. I will order from Canvas Champ again.

"Absolutely disappointing!"

Absolutely disappointing!! My advice, choose another company. After spending the extra couple dollars for proofs, I received my order not as i approved it. There was 1/2 a face cut off of one image and an entire person in another. I addressed the issue immediately and was told I could have my order reprinted, no problem. After a couple weeks of not hearing anything, I reach out again to be told they’ve already responded to my request “ check your email trail”. It’s now almost a month later and I haven’t received my reprints! Sad, as the family in these pictures are coming to visit which is why I wanted the prints in the first place. Customer service was extremely rude and not sympathetic to my huge disappointment. Shame, as a was a repeat customer whose placed serval orders from them in the past.

The first shipment of my order was in error. I contacted Canvas Champ and the assured me they would send the items I has not received. They did this promptly to my delight.

They respond right away and solve an issue immediately. The printing is superb and orders arrive quickly. They have printed my work for an exhibition beautifully.

My personal experience was absolutely terrible and if you're reading this I implore you NOT to purchase from this company.
- Their customer service is complete trash
- Their chain of command/ management is non existent, I've requested to speak directly with a manager multiple times via multiple communications (phone, email and webchat) I'll tell you right now there isn't one and noone seems to know how to solve any issues
- They still owe me an $700+ refund for a package I paid expedited shipping on and Never received. AND I confirmed this with FexEx India
- FedEx India? You might ask, yes even though this company says they're Canadian and ship from the US, they actually ship from India and every employee I've spoken to (via phone, email and website chat) are all from India as well which is extremely misleading to customers

Overall this company is a HUGE red flag. Don't waste your time energy or money on them
