"They play games with shipping charges"

Got the useless “canned” response below.

They play games with shipping charges. Placed a large order and was charged 9.95 shipping. Because I placed first order they gave me a “free” canvas, all I had to pay was shipping. Sounded reasonable, until they jacked shipping up to $12.95 for the ONE “free” item. So free was not free at all, and I learned how these people operate.

In two orders in March I spent, $491.99 first and then $ 236.04. The first order was good, reason because I placed a second one. In this order, the big canvas was printed with a wrong temperature, too warm. In addition, another two canvas were built bad, mixing the color border with the edges of the pictures. I contacted customer service a week ago and they asked me a pic of the wrong canvas. I sent it, and then, customer service asked me a "picture" of the wrong canvas in JPG to upload and reprint it. After that, I replied with my concern to decrease the quality of my canvas using a picture of the canvas instead a new file in high quality to avoid the problem again. After that, they the stop to respond, ignoring totally my request. We receive what we pay. Low quality finish and lack of customer service. Do not waiste your time and money if you want a quality job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE.

Days ago, Canvas Champ place an apologies through my feedback, only trying to show themself as a care website. Only posture. They didn't contact me to solve my issues. I stand firm in my opinion. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!.

The ticketing system used for communication can make for confusing order changes/tweaks/approvals since a different employee responds each time.
The company as a whole seems to really want to do their best & that's all one can expect.
Packing & shipping are spot on!

I was asked to proof the canvas 5 times, each time holding up the process. Then, canvases were sent in the wrong thickness. So, of course they were redone. All said and done it took about a month to receive the product. I've gotten many, many canvases from them, and suggested they offer a free canvas for all the issues (remember, they give free ones all the time), and was told no. Fair enough, but I will not be getting my canvases here any more.
