I received my order, Invoice #USA171424284169, which includes two canvas single prints. Upon receiving these prints, I was surprised to find that they were already mounted in wood frames. This was unexpected, as it meant I couldn't take them on the airplane as originally planned. I ordered posters, not framed posters. According to your company's policy, as stated on the website, customers dissatisfied with their order can return it for a full refund. Unfortunately, I find myself in this position and will be returning my order accordingly. Please provide me with a return code if it is required for returns. Furthermore, I'd like to address an issue regarding the available options. I did not encounter the choice between a framed and unframed poster. Instead, I only saw the canvas poster option, leading me to assume it was a printed poster on canvas without framing. Enhancing clarity on your website by explicitly highlighting the differences in poster formats (framed vs. unframed) and the associated costs for each format would be greatly beneficial to your customers.
I have also tried to contact Canvas Champ multiple times by phone without getting a response. I also left several phone messages but did not receive a reply. Additionally, I have sent many emails to the company, providing all the necessary information (order number, invoice number, etc.), but there has been no clear resolution.
I do not want to damage the reputation of small businesses, but I have exhausted all other options. I intend now to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as it is my last alternative. I must confess, this experience has left me greatly disappointed.

Generally, the service was good. I could, however, see slight striations in my acrylic print although it was only 16” x 16”, and my original file was super hi-res (it was originally printed 36” x 36”). The striations were surprising because I had printed acrylic prints with CanvasChamp before, and had gotten a better quality. That being said, the service was decent.
