I have ordered from Canvas Champ many times and not had a problem. Something must have changed because the 2 of the 3 prints I ordered were poor quality. The canvas frames were not square in the corners. So instead of 1 square shape and 1 rectangle! I received trapezoid shaped prints which caused the side colour to show on the front of the canvas print!
I requested reprints and am curious as to how they will look because I am worried these do not go through a quality check before shipping out. Also the wood used for the frame lacked a clean edge and you could see and feel a ridge underneath the canvas.

Long story short, I called and chatted with customer service several times to make sure I was ordering the right thing. I was reassured and proceeded with my order. Poor quality poster print (which i suspected), very poor frame which was way more expensive than the print itself. Nothing customer service said to me panned out. I also realized after the fact that is was produced and shipped from India so it makes sense why customer service yes me to death. I wish I could post pictures to prove how awful it came out.

I did the color proof which looked like my
JPEG; however, the finished canvases were way too dark. The white balance was so off.

"Almost 30 days & still not shipped"
On April 29, 2024 I placed an order. I paid over $100 for what would have been super special gifts. Products were to be shipped within 48 hours and recieved by May 7, 2024 because I had paid for expedited shipping.
Here it is May 23, 2024 and I'm still being told the order I placed is STILL IN PRODUCTION!
What really upsets me is the fact that updates by email re: my order stopped 2 weeks ago. I continue to call their customer service every 2 days and after weeks of waiting, day before yesterday I was told that the machine that prints the blankets was running again and that my order would ship within the next 24 hours. I was told that I'd receive an email with a tracking number once shipped. I continued to check my email for the last 24 hours and I never heard from them. So, tonight I call them and now I'm back to hearing that my order is still in production and that they've sent an email to production telling them to ship my merchandise ASAP.
At this point I'm so disappointed and so much time has passed that the gift doesn't make sense now. The cellabatory window is closing. I'm beyond disappointed.

Took a really long time to receive my order could be the fault of FedEx, but it seems to have come from India where it was printed.
The print was terrible seems like the blue was turned up way too high not the same picture that was sent to me as a proof. Tried to call canvas champ and was on the phone for 10 minutes before a automatic message told me no operators were available sent four or five emails no response The amount I saved by not using a reputable brand was not worth the hassle now I'm stuck with two prints that look like some kind of psychedelic acid trip. These are supposed to be a gift I can't give them I guess I'll have to get them printed again by someone who can do it right save your money it's a rip off.
