"Very Poor Quality"

I have been a customer for 6 years and until this last order, I have always been pleased. A few weeks ago, I ordered 6 canvas prints and they arrived ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, all 6 were defective. Many had punctures from the staples and none were rectangular in shape. Instead, they were trapezoids. The width of the top was not the same as the width of the bottom.
I contacted them and they immediately reprinted them and shipped them quickly. Unfortunately, the reprints are also defective.
I have requested a refund, but felt like I had to jump through hoops to get one. They say they've issued it, but I need to wait a few days for it to show on my credit card.
This company used to be great. I don't know what has happened as there is no longer any quality control. I need to find another company that prints high quality canvas prints.

Pictures were delivered with packages intact. However, the canvas wrap on the wooden frame had a number of defects. The canvas was wrinkled on the front, the center back frame support had a bump that pushed the canvas above the surface of the canvas (from the back to the front.) The quality of the print was otherwise acceptable, though not especially high quality. The 2nd picture had the same problem with the center back wooden support slightly pushing through to be visible on the front. I had planned to enter them in a local art show, but they are not acceptable for that. I had to print both pictures on my Canon wide carriage printer and mount them in regular frames. I would have sent them back, but there wasn't time before the show.

This company is a scam. They sent out the large peel and stick wall paper. It was terrible quality. I asked for a refund. They keep asking me to send in videos and pics. I do then they say they are waiting on approval. I follow up because they never get back to me. They just ask for pics again.

Ive been shopping from Canvas Champ for years now. Quality quality quality, would be one reason and value would be next. You can not do better than this company for photo products. Ive mostly had regular pictures turned into canvas prints. Love them! Colors are vibrant and again, the quality is amazing. Period. Prices are crazy low. Highly Recommend!
