Great customer support when FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address.

I ordered two acrylic prints from Canvas Champ. One arrived scratched and I was reimbursed for the print, but I had to eat the frame.
The other print look horribly dark and will probably end up in a trash bin

My order arrived on time, but the frame was broken causing the canvas to wrinkle. I reached out to the company and a replacement was immediately sent- arriving before the intended event. The picture is clear and it looks like I spent way more on this than I did.

I could not reschedule the delivery their website isn't working, even though I phoned to change the delivery date, my request hasn't been taken into account, and I don't know how and when my prints will be delivered for the moment.
