My order was scheduled to arrive Aug 6th. On Aug 12th I still did not hear anything from the Company about my order. I called customer service and inquired about my order. After several attempts to get my questions answered all they would say is we are expediting your order and sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused. I called the Customer Service number and had to wait 30 mins just to speak with someone who would not answer my question. Why was my order delayed and why was I not notified by email it was delayed. This company appears to be overseas and with my experience customer service is their last concern. I would definitely steer clear of this company. There has to be better companies out there that actually have a consumer first attitude. I can't speak of the quality of the product I ordered but I will NOT be using this company again for anything. If their quality on production is like their customer service I hate to image what I am getting for my money.

Overall it's a great product and great price. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. For some reason they required a signature upon delivery. This caused a delay since I am gone most times they tried to deliver. Had to go to the local distribution facility to pick it up. Sturdy puzzle pieces. Fit a bit loose but ok. Print quality was adequate for my needs, there were some white spots which could be from the file I sent to be used or a processing issue.

Ordered a custom woven blanket. I was over charged and it took three complaints to get a refund. A week later my order has not even shipped and I still haven’t gotten my refund. The customer service is horrible and I will have to wait god knows how long to even find out how good the printing is but I’m sure it’ll be as good as everything else. Also this ships from India who enjoy waiting a month of it does ever ship. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

In reply to canvas champ after reaching out again because the date my order was supposed to arrive was going to pass without my order even being sent I was told it was ready but they would cancel it if I wanted which is clearly a lie. Every comment on their instagram is a complain about no orders arriving. This was my first and last purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

After reading some of the one star reviews - I am in exactly the same boat. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still do not have my order. I was unaware it shipped out of India and my item has also been stuck in Tennessee for days. I wanted the printed blanket as a going away gift for my son who is going to college but I’m not sure I will get it in time. I will not order from this company again.
