Terrible customer service. I placed 2 order over a week ago and no word if my canvas has even been made. I attempted to go online to check the status and find order number only to find they closed my access to that feature. I've emailed twice as well as called and can not get a response. At this point I'm saying it was a complete scam.

I have never received my order uptill now expected delivery should be 30th August and still i didn't get the order. they have taken the 50INR to just deliver the product in the same city but have never delivered i am frustrated with the experience that i am facing with the canvaschamp as they are giving generic reply and the courier service which is DTDC which never pickups the call, and the status is in transist since 24th August for the same city. they need to deliver.

I have tried several. Love the fact Canvas Champ puts a thin board behind the canvas in back to protect it better. A++ and they added a middle board across my long canvas ordered for stability. I was impressed with this company. Wrapped and sealed with extra corner paddings. Sad to say they only went up to 56 In long. I wanted 60 inches long. But heavier quality is better. Now on the top of my ordering list with free shipping over a certain amount. Thanks CC. Job well done.

I paid for very expensive postage (literally over a third of the order cost), to be delivered within a week (delivery date was 2 days ago) only to be charged over £20 in phone charges to contact and be told it’s still in ‘production’ not even in the country of delivery which means this will not arrive in time. This was such an important delivery to my late best friends husband and daughter. I can’t believe how badly this company has behaved and to charge so much in phone fees.
