"A Gift"

Thus was a gift and he absolutely loved it. Ya'll do such amazing and beautiful work with the memories I give Ya'll. I only ever use Ya'll for creating these memories extra special.

The umbrellas came out GREAT!
The package was damaged — but the prints weren’t.
I expected the “bag” for one of them to be decorative.
But that was my only disappointment — so far ;)

"Canvas Chumps! Will Never Use Again! "

I ordered a canvas print paid extra to have delivered on 9/6....here it is a day later and no sign of print....note from Customer service is "The current status of your order is "in transit," and it is expected to be delivered to you shortly" Via Who??? Considering this was a gift for an event tonight (9/7) it is too late and I expect to get my money back!!!

"Revised: the original prints were very poor but replacements were OK"

The prints I received originally were very poor quality--bad enough that I would have thrown them away rather than displaying them. They were printed in much lower resolution than the files I sent (the prints are very fuzzy) and the colors were faded.
CanvasChamp communicated with me about the issues after I e-mailed them. It took a while to have the real conversation (say, about 10 days), but they replaced the order. The replacement order looks good. Note that it took more than a month to get the replacements (more than half of this time was their shipper, FedEx).
Had the first set of prints been the quality of the second, I would have give them five starts (despite a minor scratch to the ink in one print). Had they not replaced the order, I would have given them one start.

I have ordered multiple times now - I have tired metal and canvas prints . Very good quality, timely delivery. I am a photographer and use canvas champ often . I don’t have any problem recommending prints here

"Canvas hasn't arrived! "

Not sure where this company is based but I keep getting emails from UPS India stating that I need to update the correct address. I've now done this five times and four weeks later my canvas is still floating round somewhere in the universe.
Very disappointed

"What Has Happened to Canvas Champ? "

I'm a returning customer, so it really surprised me when my latest order arrived, and everything was a huge mess. All of the canvas were really sloppy in construction. I'm honestly surprised anyone would have done this work and thought it okay to send out. I'm usually fine fixing some little issues here and there, but these are major issues rendering them useless. The stretcher boards were put together at an angle (or using the wrong size boards) making them warped. Not one side was level on any of the nine that I ordered. The print was not pulled over all the way on several of them and the white border was visible by more than an inch where it shouldn't have been. Canvas Champ has been my go-to for canvases, but this has definitely made me not want to use them. Also different, was the smell! Oh my goodness! It's so bad. I had to take them outside to finish looking at them and my house STILL smells like it. A very musty, chemical-like smell. I'm wondering if they changed manufacturers because this is a complete 180 from what I have received in the past. The wood quality is awful and there is no longer the nice support behind the canvas. One of my canvases had a dent in it from where something had pressed against it and stretched the canvas out. It used to be that their backing was sturdy and strong and that would have never happened. I'm just really shocked. The order took about twice as long as usual to print - when I inquired, I was told that there was an issue at the factory, but that it was corrected. Unfortunately, whether this was the issue in question or not, something major has happed there that still needs fixing. I wish I could post a photo of just how warped they are. Seriously do not know how anyone would have let one of these, much less all nine, slip through quality control. :(

ETA 9/9/24 I have been told I would receive a refund but have heard nothing back after days of waiting. This continues to be really frustrating. I have twice submitted my photos upon their request, but there has been no follow-up.
