Extremely unhappy with my experience.
Purchased prints to give as gifts ti my family before leaving the country. I paid $36 for expedited shipping with a guaranteed arrival date by August 29th. Apart from an email receipt received no notification about shipping and when called to enquire about my shipment was told it hadn’t shipped yet ( August 30th).

Unsatisfactory customer service experience on the phone as well. The purchase was eventually canceled but damage done. I don’t have a very personal and sentimental gift for my family before leaving.

Will not do business with Canvaschamps again.

"This company is a Scam"

I placed a large order (over $600) on their site (First time using them) for my new business. At checkout, it told me an estimated delivery date of August 22. On August 22, I checked the status and it showed "in production". I contacted the company and they told me they were going to expedite the order and it will ship in a day or two. 3 days later, the status remained "in production" and again I contacted the company and got the same response. Now it is August 29 and still no shipping. The order still shows "in production" and I keep getting the same response that they are going to expedite my order. At this point, I am afraid I was scammed out of $600. Stay away from this company.

UPDATE #1: THANK YOU FOR THE GENERIC REPLY THAT MAKES ZERO SENSE. I emailed your customer service and got the same silly response. Also, how can I send photos of a product that I never received!! Why don't you actually read the reviews instead of just giving a general response. This just affirms the fact that this company is a fraud.

"Print quality is good, quality control lacks"

I would give 3 stars for the quality of the canvas prints, however, I ordered a gift of a tea mug and there is a small crack on the bottom, so my gift will have to be ordered from somewhere else since quality control does lack at Canvas Champ. The quality of the photo on the mug was wonderful, but if I had it delivered to a client the lack of quality control would make me look really bad.

Terrible experience. I ordered my print over a month ago and still haven't received it. Been stuck in customs for over 3 weeks. Supposed to have been delivered 8/1/24and now it supposed to be delivered today. I highly doubt I will receive it ever.

Never received my order placed 7/21/24. Never received a delivery notice either. Received email with receipt on 7.21.24. 7.22.24 was told would be shipped soon and I would receive tracking # as soon as shipped. On 7.27.24 received notice was shipped but still without a tracking # or delivery notice. After an inquiry to request changes was denied on 7.29.24 was also sent tracking # with no link to track. 8.21.24, 8.23.24, 8.24.23 inquiries made again. No product, no tracking link. Waiting another response from Canvas Champ. I ordered before with no problems.
