Advertise a different variety of sizes than they actually sell. Chat box advisors are rude and cut conversation off when they don’t want to answer. Not willing to help with purchase

"Shockingly poor quality"

Shockingly poor quality. The frame was damaged in multiple places. Emailed customer support twice now showing pictures of what we received and letting them know that it was a gift for a terminally ill person. No response at all from them. Had to purchase elsewhere. Will be doing a credit card charge back now. KEY TO DEALING WITH COMPANIES LIKE THIS IS DOING A CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK. DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT.

I love that in the chat how they attend to my messages immediately, and it was a real person, he found my order and update my billing information online right away, the quality of these prints are also amazing. True colors.

All of the prints were cut wrong and incorrect size. Of course I contacted them and they requested more information so I sent pictures of the prints. Nothing was resolved and I will never order from that company again. You get what you pay for and it was fairly cheap.

"Very good prices"

Very good prices. Was debating between 3 and 4 stars because the quality was what I paid for it. To be totally honest I think that other canvases are a total rip off so I would be a repeat buyer if the prices stay the same, however the quality of the frame is clearly flimsier than other canvases I've purchased.
