"Really poor quality on prints"

Really poor quality on prints. the canvas hasn't been pulled across enough on 2 out of the four prints i ordered. Also one had a dirty corner on it, yes they are cheap but it looks like you pay for what you get sadly... won't be ordering from them again. Beware!

"Beautiful printing, fast shipping"

This was my first CanvasChamp order, and I didn't know until getting a shipping notification that my items would be coming all the way from India — not a problem, I just thought that would mean a longer shipping time. However, I received everything (1 umbrella, 2 canvases) in about 9 days, which l think is pretty great for custom-printed things! I'm really happy with the printing quality too. Only 1 slightly negative note: The umbrella was so tightly packaged (in a tube) that I was concerned I might damage it just in the course of undoing all the wrapping — but it was all fine. I love having a custom-printed umbrella!

"The canvases they sent me were trash"

The canvases they sent me were trash. The canvas and wood was damaged. There were wrinkles. The wood showed through. They were just awful. I spent hours trying to get my money back, and all I got was the run around. There is no way to get a refund. I contacted Canvas Champ by Chat. They said there was nothing they could do without the order members. I tried again with the order numbers and they said they needed pictures. I sent the pictures of the wrinkles. damage, bad corners, uneven edges, and wood showing through canvas. They said they needed pictures of the backs, too. I contacted them again and sent those. Then they wanted more pictures. I contacted them again and send more pictures. Then they said there was nothing they could do because I had not sent pictures of the tracking labels. So I had to start all over with the order numbers, pictures front and back, more pictures, and pictures of the tracking labels. They said the canvases must be taken outdoors in full sun where these flaws would not be so obvious. Who hangs pictures outdoors? I planned to hang the canvases indoors, not outdoors, so I tried by email. I emailed and was told to send all of the above again. I had to send the pictures individually. I took about 3 hours. Then I never heard back.....

"Impressed"

I had to pay extra to get shipping in 10 days, which was a bit of a bummer. However, I was beyond impressed with the packaging and the quality of the canvases. They were definitely packed with care and my entire box of 20+ canvases was delivered with no damage at all. The mounting includes a back plate for more support for each canvas and I hadn't expected that. Thank you for a great experience!

"Parcel never arrived "

Ordered a memorial item for a recently passed family member.
It never arrived.
After one month of not receiving any shipping confirmation or a valid tracking number on the website I contacted customer support.
Initially, they were apologetic and planned to resend it. Then they stated that it had arrived (it has not; we have a ring camera), and that it was too late for me to complain (when previously my order took 1-2 months to arrive). They refuse to contact the delivery company, or amend their error. I feel like I wasted $57 I don’t have, on something that was supposed to be special, just by being patient
Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. I believe this service is a scam.
