"poor resolution, janky user interface"

The resolution on the photos is not great. One of the metal pieces arrived bent. It's annoying that you have to pay extra to include a way to hang the piece, and the customer interface with the design and purchase was nerve wracking

COMPANY BRIBED ME TO REMOVE MY 1 STAR REVIEW

After I left the review, Canvaschamp offered to send me a larger canvas if I removed their review. I declined. They told me it was impossible to print my high resolution 300DPI image smaller than 20x20. I ended up ordering through easy canvas print and printful--both provided PERFECT prints at the original size of 8x8. So Canvaschamp not only bribes for good reviews, they literally don't know what they are doing! They sent me a partially blurry print, dragged it out for a month, kept my money, bribed me to remove a review, and lied about A LOT.

Canvaschamp has a proof process that is a lie, a quality guarantee they refuse to uphold, an inexperienced team of 'designers' who don't understand print files, only replied to my multiple requests for response after I left a one star review and then BRIBED me by offering a larger print to remove the review. This company cost me WEEKS of emails, a lost customer and a damaged reputation with a poor print and worse customer service.

I see a lot of great reviews and after being bribed to remove mine, I realize that the reviews here may not reflect ALL customers. I went through the intricate process of setting my website product to dropship my artwork printed on canvas. My first custom order of the art I created came quickly. I submitted a 300PPI high resolution image, the proof looked great, I dropshipped it and my customer reached out with extreme disappointment and showed me the added text and graphics to my painting were completely blurred. They were pixelated and illegible. The rest of the image was fine. This was a gift for a friend, so I assured her I'd resolve it with the printer. I sent the info and image to them to ask how it was possible only parts of my image were affected. They simply offered a reprint. I said I would like to know the cause so the same file isn't sent to my customer. For 12 days I've begged for an answer. 12 days my customer has been sending emails asking "WHATS THE UPDATE??" How embarrassing. My reputation has been tarnished with her. They've simply offered to reprint and they sent me the same proof I reviewed when I submitted my first image. I informed them I would like to review the image of the actual print before its shipped to my customer so we don't have the same issue because they refused to tell me WHY or HOW the image printed this way. For 12 days I've begged them to please just let me review it. They did nothing until I left a one star review but refused to give me a date as to when. At this point, I've lost the complete profit from the design, and I've lost the first-time customer who purchased for a gift as she promptly decided not to proceed with her second order with me. I am sincerely devastated for my customer, my time, my financial loss and the horrible customer service.

After posting this review I received an email. Now, its important to note this company told me over and over that the print was "GOOD" the quality would "PRINT CLEAR" and they had it all fixed over the course of the last 12 days. I said no, I would like to see a picture of the print before they dropshipped it to avoid a soiled reputation if it printed the same. They informed me the print team "FIXED THE FILE". To note, this was a 6000x6000 pixel 300 DPI file. It didn't need 'fixing'. The proof was perfect, the print was not. But they assured me they "fixed it." I didn't believe them--- and its a good thing I didn't. I kept requesting that they please send me a picture of the actual print before they mailed it, they said they would, and they never did. Then, after I posted this review, they emailed me telling me that they couldn't print my file at an 8x8 and they wanted me to pay more to print at 25x25inches.

First of all, its a customer order. I would never just triple their size because Canvaschamp lies and treats customers like garbage. Second, EVERY SINGLE DIME I MADE ON THE DESIGN WAS ALREADY LOST. But they wanted me to spend EVEN MORE because they don't understand professional printing. As a result, I not only lost the entire sale, I lost a customer and my reputation costing me future losses. And I'm sure she will share this experience with me, with everyone, further harming my name and business.
Then, they said they would pay for the upgrade if I remove the 1 star reviews.
I informed them my reviews are federally protected and they were committing bribery with their offer. If they really cared about resolving their poor quality issue, they wouldn't require me to remove my honest experience.

What a nightmare. CanvasChamp lies. Canvaschamp bribes for low review removals. Canvaschamp has awful customer service. CanvasChamp is not a professional printing company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CANVASCHAMP

"Bad communication …"

I placed an order that they randomly cancelled without telling me.
When I contacted them to ask where my order was they told me it had been marked as fraudulent and cancelled. There was no communication and no offer to fix it.

There was some damage to one of the canvases I ordered. CanvasChamp replaced it right away. The quality so far for everything I've ordered was excellent. The customer support excellent as well.

"I was very disappointed in the sizes of…"

I was very disappointed in the sizes of the 8x 8 canvases. I order 12 of those and they were not all 8x8. You can really see the imperfections after I hung them on the wall. Other than that, the price was great and service great.

"Best Value for the Money"

Had an old wonderful small painting that I wanted enlarged and on canvas. The price was very reasonable with CanvasChamp, so I figured -- give them a try -- don't have much to loose. Wow! They did a great job with the product, very high quality image, and the canvas is not only on a frame, it also has a firm backing sheet! Very nice. And the packing for shipping was great -- it arrived with no damages. First class job, guys! I will use you again.

"Absolutely wonderful"

Absolutely wonderful! I was worried the large canvas I ordered would be out of focus due to the size, but the picture is as clear and beautiful as the photo I took. Same with the smaller one, both landscapes.
The prices are almost suspiciously fantastic and the shipping was much faster than I expected.
Overall a really good experience, thank you.
