"Good print, poor framing"

This order contained two prints, one 11x14 and one 30x40. The print quality of each was good. The smaller print was mounted on a frame that was poorly constructed and pressed against the print such that the canvas did not lay flat, rather it was pressed from behind, showing the outline of the frame on the print. The larger print was well mounted but inadequately protected during shipment. The canvas of the print was adjacent to the cardboard packaging which was punctured during transport. Surprisingly, the canvas was not punctured, but the canvas backing board was ruptured. I could not repair the rupture without damaging the print, so I left it as is and hung the painting anyway. The order was placed January 14, 2024.

I will never use this service again. they use FedEx the worst service ever. It's been days since they shipped and I still have not received my order. the order was shipped late to start with. it is being shipped from India. the first package arrived and the product was okay, but this second package is delayed by many days. this company never ships on the estimated time and they ship with a carrier that sucks.
